Meet Jack 6 y 8 mo. Neutered Boy

Meet Jack – your future best friend and the ultimate golden retriever goofball! Jack is a big, beautiful boy who tips the scales at 108 lbs (think: extra fluff for extra cuddles!). He’s working on slimming down by 10-15 lbs, but don’t worry, he’s just extra-large for maximum love. At 6 years and 8 months old (born 10/16/2019), Jack has mastered the art of charm. He’s a people-person, fetch fanatic, swimming superstar, and an Olympic-level snuggler after dark. Jack’s recall is top-notch, and he sits on command—unless there’s a squirrel, then all bets are off! He’s still learning not to pull when walking (108 lbs of excitement is a lot on a leash!), and his foster is testing out the latest and greatest walking gadgets. Jack can handle a full workday alone—no problem! He prefers to be the main dog in the house, but he’s lived happily with a smaller canine buddy and even cats (he’s a gentle giant with them). He’s protective of his toys at the park—think Hall Monitor, but with tennis balls. Barking is reserved for important things like TV dogs or real dogs outside. Jack comes with training funds to help him be his very best self. He’s currently living his best foster life in San Jose, CA, and is ready to bring a whole lot of fun to his forever home!
