Daisy

Petite 3-year-old Daisy (55 lbs) is a sweet, gentle soul with a heart full of love and a huge fondness for couch cuddles! Daisy came to us with very little exposure to the world outside her original home, so new experiences, loud noises, and unfamiliar objects can make her very timid. However, her progress in her foster home has been wonderful! She took to indoor life right away, mastered the dog door, and is both housebroken and crate trained. She also walks very well on a leash. Daisy naturally craves human affection and loves nothing more than curling up right next to you. She also adores playing with her foster brother—especially a good game of tug-of-war! Because playing with another pup brings out her happiest self, we think Daisy would do best in a home with a confident resident dog buddy to help her continue building her bravery. She would thrive in a quiet, calm household with at least one adult mostly home and older kids (12+) who understand giving shy dogs a little patience.
