Buddy is approximately a 7-8 mo old intact male and weighs 48 lbs. He is very shy and scared initially but warms up in 2-4 days. He is still a baby with limited exposure to life. He has done some chest growling with unknown men but does not bear teeth or lip curl. Good with other dogs. Cats unknown. Will walk on leash but gets scared when approached by people and dogs on leash. Will sleeps in a crate or on a bed in the bedroom. Buddy wieghs 48 lbs. Buddy is being fostered in Santa Clara County.

Is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization, whose Mission is to rescue and place adoptable Golden Retrievers in Northern California in safe, loving homes; thereby improving the lives of both the dog and the adoption household. We are happy to accept Golden Mixes and bonded pairs that include at least one Golden Retriever into our care and placement process.
