Amira

Introducing our very special senior girl, Amira, who is 13 years and 4 months old. She is 62 lbs of a very happy and sometimes girl. She can get in and out of a car. She walks about a mile. Great with other dogs and cats. Sleeps through the night. Navigates a two-story house. Since she is such a healthy girl, we decided to do surgery to remove a 2 1/2 lb lypoma and a small soft tissue sarcoma the size of a quarter from her left side. Blood panel, X-rays, and ultrasound found no cancer elsewhere. She is finally getting her stitches removed this week after 21 days, and she is raring to go. She keeps bringing the ball to her foster family and tries to play with her foster brothers. She is being fostered in Milpitas.
