Max is a 4.5-year-old neutered male Golden Retriever. He is very smart, knows basic commands, does not counter-surf, exhibits no separation anxiety, and loves to play with the other dogs in the home. He weighs in at 85 pounds does pull on a leash and will be slightly aggressive when meeting other dogs while on his leash. He could use further leash training and socialization. Max was originally owned by a couple in their 80s who got him as a puppy. He was their dog for 4 years but recently became unable to care for him and he is now living with their son in Reno, NV. Max is very sweet and thinks he's a lapdog. He loves toys and needs an active home with a fenced yard and regular exercise. After some socialization training, he will do well with another dog.
