Other Dogs: Great with other dogs. Loves to play but will defer if corrected

Marlie

Marlie is a beautiful two yo golden, weighing about 70 lbs. Marlie is blind in his right eye because of trauma at a young age. e had him seen by an Animal Eye Specialist in Campbell to ensure he does not have pressure or complications from the trauma. Nothing more to be done. His wellness appt is 11/22/24. Marlie came from a home with small kids, dogs, cats, and birds. A typical golden all around. He does pull on a leash and will run if he gets loose. Recall is not good, but I'm not sure he knows his name. He is being fostered in San Jose.

Is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization, whose Mission is to rescue and place adoptable Golden Retrievers in Northern California in safe, loving homes; thereby improving the lives of both the dog and the adoption household. We are happy to accept Golden Mixes and bonded pairs that include at least one Golden Retriever into our care and placement process.
